Verification / Loop and System Checks - Implement a comprehensive Protection and Management system test. Verify system operation from probe tip through relay actuation’s, management system and DCS. (Customer’s assistance will be required to confirm proper readings on DCS console).
Condition Monitoring System Preventative Maintenance Program - Planned outages to validate rack health and transducer system linearity. Update firmware & incorporate TILs based on OEM recommendation. Function test points to validate DCS communication. Loop check points to validate continuity and good system.
Compliance Testing for Centrifugal and Reciprocating Machinery Protection Systems - (FAT) Factory Acceptance Testing, (SAT) Site Acceptance Testing or Interlock Testing for annual PM requirements.
Transducer Verification - Verify, set up, and document all transducer suites on each machine. The scope of work may include and is not limited to the following when applicable:
Machinery Diagnostic Services - Vibration Analysis - Provide leadership, technical direction, and assistance to the customer, user, and other field personnel in the diagnostic and long-term maintenance of their condition monitoring equipment and customers’ rotating machinery to include performing Asset Management and Reliability Services Studies.
