Turn Around Execution – Works with turn around group and associated engineers / technicians to ensure correct operation of all Bently Nevada equipment. The following activities are carried out with minimal or no support from customer during a Turn Around to manage other projects. The following activities will be carried out:
Documentation Services – Document all findings and files associated with execution of turn around with well written document and thrust documentation. Suggest recommendations for next outage or key action items or issues that need to be addressed.
- Transducers – Removal of all old transducer systems, temperatures, MPUs, and flex seal tight for machinist to begin work. Validate all new transducer systems by performing linearity checks. Document of linearity and part numbers & serial numbers.
- 3500 Series System – Visual check of rack and enclosure. Copy of latest rack file and Logs found in System. Health check of monitor and all associated cards. Documentation of monitor cards.
- Verification / Loop Checks – Perform loop checks to validate continuity from probe back to DCS/System 1/Board Operator. Validate Relay logic and functionality. Validate DCS communication and test full-scale ranges & custom Modbus registries.
